Yes. Every order arrives with a gift we pick for you with care — at no extra cost.
How do we order?
Browse the store, add what you love to your cart, and complete your delivery details — or order directly on WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once we've confirmed it and payment is complete.
How long do preparation and delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days of confirmation, and delivered within about one working day of being ready, anywhere in Qatar. Personalised items need around 7 working days.
Which payment methods are available?
All available payment options are shown at checkout. All prices are final, in Qatari Riyals, with no added taxes.
Can we return or exchange an item?
If you receive an item that is faulty or there was a mistake on our side, you're entitled to a repair, exchange or refund at no cost. We kindly ask you to let us know about any damage within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos. Full details are in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Do you deliver outside Qatar?
For now, we deliver within Qatar.
